GÖZCÜ replaces manual counting on dispatch and loading lines. It counts every item on the conveyor using image processing, displays the running count on screen in real time and stores the loading video together with the licence plate, customer and quantity information. When loading is complete an Excel report is generated; if a dispute arises the recording can be reviewed.

Imaging
An industrial camera overlooking the conveyor continuously captures every passing item.

Counting
The model running on the edge device distinguishes items one by one; reversed items are subtracted from the count.

Recording and reporting
The count appears on screen in real time, the loading is recorded on video and an Excel report is generated at the end.
