GÖZCÜ replaces manual counting on the dispatch line. It processes the image from the industrial camera on an edge AI device, counts each bag individually and displays the result on a live panel. Every loading session is recorded on video with the licence plate, customer and timestamp; when a dispute arises the recording can be reviewed. Shift-based and vehicle-based Excel reports are used directly in accounting and logistics. The system does not weigh bags or measure weight — it only counts.

Imaging
An industrial camera overlooking the conveyor continuously captures every passing bag.

Counting
The model on the edge AI device marks bags individually and counts them with multi-object tracking; reversed bags are subtracted from the count.

Recording and reporting
The loading is recorded on video, the count appears on the live panel and is exported to an Excel report.
