PLC receives the verdict directly
İZCİ eliminates guesswork from weld inspection on the wheel production line. It processes the live image within the defined inspection zone, displays the "weld present / absent" verdict on screen with a confidence score and sends the result to the PLC over Modbus. Sensitivity is adjusted from the operator screen and the inspection zone can be changed according to the wheel type.
