PLC receives the verdict directly

İZCİ eliminates guesswork from weld inspection on the wheel production line. It processes the live image within the defined inspection zone, displays the "weld present / absent" verdict on screen with a confidence score and sends the result to the PLC over Modbus. Sensitivity is adjusted from the operator screen and the inspection zone can be changed according to the wheel type.

How it works

    Imaging

    The camera in the robotic cell captures the wheel live; the inspection zone is defined on the image.

  2. 02

    Assessment

    The model searches for the weld trace and produces its verdict with a confidence score.

  3. 03

    Notification

    The result appears on screen and is sent to the PLC over Modbus.
