Supap Kontrol inspects whether the valve hole has been drilled and whether the valve has been fitted correctly on the wheel line. The wheel type is selected from the recipe and the inspection zone is saved with its coordinates. The system measures the number of holes and valves, the difference between them and the valve height; any wheel outside the threshold is rejected and the verdict is reported to the PLC.

Measurement
The camera captures the valve hole and valve; count, difference and height are measured.

Verdict
The measurement is compared against the threshold; an accept or reject verdict is sent to the PLC.
