Industrial automation
Since 2018, we have delivered end-to-end automation for industrial facilities. We modernise existing lines as well as setting up new plants. Our extensive field experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi and Beckhoff platforms enables us to tailor solutions to actual site requirements.
Traceability and labelling
Printing, reading and verifying data-matrix codes on pallets, cases and products. On a crop protection line the printed codes are transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture system. Items arriving from the line are measured, matched to the open order in the ERP, and the correct label is printed and applied by a robot.
Remote monitoring and service
Monitoring and control from a browser over the PLC’s own web server — with no separate HMI hardware to buy. A fault can be inspected without travelling to site, which shortens commissioning and response time.
PLC, servo and motion control
High-precision positioning, synchronous axis control, electronic cam, flying shear and robotic applications. The software is structured in a modular and readable way.
SCADA and HMI applications
Recipe management, alarm history, trend records, shift reports and user authorisation are part of the standard solution. Screens are designed simply to reduce operator workload.
Energy monitoring and reporting
Systems that monitor electricity, air, water and gas consumption from a single platform. Consumption analysis by cost centre and real-time alerts; data is transferred automatically to SCADA and ERP.
Industrial robot applications
Palletising, welding, pick-and-place, machine tending and painting. The robot cell's safety architecture, vision-guided positioning and PLC integration are delivered as a single package.
Panel manufacturing
We manufacture control, MCC, distribution and automation panels in our own workshop. The same team is responsible for the project, installation and testing.
